Canceled or Returned Orders:
If an order is canceled or returned, the earned cashback from that order will be deducted from your wallet balance.
If cashback was used in an order that was later canceled, the amount will be automatically returned to your wallet if eligible.
Exceptions:
Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cashback cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.
Cashback cannot be used after it expires.
